Breakfast was a simple affair, with the option to enjoy a cup of coffee at the nearby Mon Bijou, a cozy café just 1.30 km away. The morning spread was sufficient, featuring a mix of local and typical selections, setting the stage for a day of exploration. One evening, I decided to unwind at the on-site bar, where the ambiance was both relaxed and welcoming. The staff were attentive, quenching my thirst with a delightful drink that perfectly complemented the savory appetizers I sampled. They were able to cater to various dietary requirements, which is always a plus for someone who enjoys diverse culinary experiences. The restaurant's setting and the summer terrace at Café Splendid made for a lovely dining experience, allowing for brief al fresco enjoyment. While the treatments themselves varied in effectiveness, I appreciated that the hotel provided a foundation for unwinding after a day spent cycling through Poland's rich historical landscapes. Ensana offers an inviting atmosphere for both relaxation and culinary exploration.
